Depending on how you use the app, SiteLog may handle the following information on your device:

Coxy The Builder does not collect your SiteLog diary content, photos, follow-ups, reminders, or PDF exports on our servers.

SiteLog does not require account creation, does not require a login, and does not use your entered app data for advertising.

Camera

SiteLog may request access to your device camera so you can capture photos for diary entries and related records.

Photos / files

SiteLog may access photos or files on your device so you can attach images and export records such as PDF files.

Calendar

If you choose to use the calendar feature, SiteLog can add follow-up items to your phone calendar. These calendar entries are created only when you choose to do so.

Notifications / reminders

SiteLog may use notifications on your device to remind you about follow-ups and reminders you create.

Information handled by SiteLog is used only to provide the app’s features, including:

• Attaching and viewing photos

If you add an event to your device calendar, that event may then be handled by your calendar provider according to your own device and account settings.

8. Storage, retention, and deletion

SiteLog stores app data locally on your device.

• If you delete records inside the app, those records are removed from the app’s local storage.
• If you uninstall the app or clear its app data, locally stored SiteLog data may be removed from your device.
• Files you export, such as PDFs, and calendar events you create may remain on your device or calendar until you delete them yourself.

9. Security

Because SiteLog stores data locally on your device, the security of that data also depends on your device security, including screen locks, device encryption, backups, and how you manage exported files.

10. Children’s privacy

SiteLog is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
